These terms govern your use of tryautoease.com and AutoEase Negotiations' ("AutoEase," "we," "us") car-buying concierge services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
What AutoEase Does
AutoEase helps you find and negotiate vehicle purchases. We search nationwide inventory, provide a negotiation score and market context on listings, and — for paid packages — negotiate directly with dealers on your behalf. Listings are synced periodically; prices and availability can change, and final pricing is always confirmed by AutoEase before you sign anything with a dealer.
No Guarantee of a Specific Outcome
We work to get you the best deal we can, but we don't control dealer inventory, pricing, or willingness to negotiate. AutoEase is not a party to the sale between you and the dealership, and we make no guarantee of a specific price, financing terms, or that any particular vehicle will remain available.
Payments
Paid packages are processed securely through Stripe. Package pricing is as displayed at the time of purchase. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — contact us directly.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a deal request, and not to use this site to submit fraudulent, abusive, or harassing content. You're responsible for reviewing and understanding any purchase agreement before signing it with a dealer.
Intellectual Property
The AutoEase name, branding, and site content belong to AutoEase Negotiations. Vehicle listing data is sourced from third-party providers and displayed for your convenience; we don't claim ownership of it.
Third-Party Services
This site uses third-party services to operate — including Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for site analytics, and (internally) Meta and TikTok's publishing APIs for our own marketing accounts. Your use of the site is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
AutoEase provides its services "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoEase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a vehicle purchase you complete with a dealer we've connected you with.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
