AutoEase Negotiations ("AutoEase," "we," "us") operates tryautoease.com and the services connected to it. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.
Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you submit a deal request, unlock your negotiation score, or contact us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and details about the vehicle you're asking about (VIN, listing, price). If you purchase a package, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and a self-hosted traffic tracker to understand how visitors use the site — page views, referring pages, and device type. We don't sell this data or use it to build advertising profiles of you elsewhere.
Customer portal. If you're an active lead, we may send you a private portal link by email so you can check your deal's status and message us. That link is a single-use access token tied to your record, not a traditional username/password account.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your request and negotiate/find vehicles on your behalf.
- To send you updates about your deal by email, and admin notifications internally when a new request comes in.
- To process payment for a purchased package, via Stripe.
- To understand site usage in aggregate, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Social Media Publishing
AutoEase's marketing team uses internal tools to connect our own Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts and publish approved marketing content to them. This connects AutoEase's business accounts, not visitor or customer accounts — nothing about your visit to this site is posted anywhere, and connecting these accounts does not grant AutoEase access to your personal social media data.
How We Share Information
We share information only with the service providers that help us run AutoEase — for example, Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (notifications), and Google Analytics (site analytics) — each bound by their own privacy commitments. We don't share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We keep lead and deal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and maintain business records, and delete or anonymize it on request where we're not required to keep it longer (e.g., for tax or legal reasons).
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from email updates, by contacting us at the email below.
